I am a customer service hawk. When I go into companies it is the first thing that catches my attention. I went into Austin's for tire service and was pleasantly greeted by Scott who was extremely courteous and responsive to my needs during this appointment. I found that Scott was most welcoming and desired to serve me which left me no doubt he was genuine in the same way to other customers. Customer service is what attracts me to remain with a company because then I know they will work with me on any future issues or concerns. Thank You Scott for showing what customer service is all about and why it is important. Knowing this, i had no doubt that his service tech was just as responsive to the needs of my vehicle. Austins, was great I had tire that would not say up and it kept going down and my tire sensor kept saying it was the wrong tire that was low they fixed both of at no charge to me. In march of this year I did get new tires I bought a warranty and Austins honored it. Everyone there is extremely nice and helpful. Thank you so much
We were in eastern AZ traveling with our RV New Years Weekend and ruined a tire on rear dualie axle. The only open mechanic/automotive center was Walmart and they didn't have the right size & probably wouldn't have it until Monday. Another tire store suggested to call Austin's, so we did. They met us at the shop at 6:30 on a Saturday night and replaced our tire for a good price, especially considering that it was a holiday weekend. They were super helpful and excellent customer service! We were able to get back to Phoenix that night - Thanks again!

We have been having all our automotive work done at Austin's Auto Advantage since it started in 2012 (and vehicles serviced by Avery Austin at the same location years before that). They keep my wife's and my vehicles running safely and well. We also purchase tires for three vehicles here. We give them a five star rating and highly recommend them.

Took my car to get an oil change and tire rotation i paid for both when done and then the owner tells me as i am walking out i need new tires after i just paid for a tire rotation. I'm not sure why he charged me if i need new tires anyway and he wouldn't make it right cause they did the tire rotation. i will not go back for any services!! it's common curtesy to call and say hey your tires are bad not "still rotate them and charge then offer expensive tires i saved about $300 going to WES IN PIMA for tires! Don't waste your time!!
Well its unfortunate that you weren't happy with your experience. We scheduled according to what you had asked for and your tires were @ 4/32 is when we start recommending tires. I had spoke with you at my terminal Mellissa about your tires and also told you that if you came back and purchased tires within 30 days I would refund the cost of services on the Rotation Only you had requested. You called me a few days later and said that your father went and purchased tires for you and that you didn't know anything about it but you still wanted your $30 or you would no longer do business with us. In reality there are some bad business's out there but for every business there are more bad customers. You should be ashamed of yourself for blasting us on here like this especially for the many years of service we have provided along with the many discounts we have given you. Or when you didn't have the money to pay for your work and we carried your ticket for over 2 months until you could afford it that way you still had your vehicle.
