Had horrible service at Austins!!!!! It took them 9.5 hours for 4 tires and front end alignment!!!! Place is totally disorganized!!!! save yourself a headache and go somewhere else!!!

It's unfortunate you had a bad experience, that is a long time for a set of tires and alignment, actually longer than a regular work day. Its really odd that we do not have any Jay's in our database either???
